Abbie Major, Nourishing Skin Solutions is a private studio exclusive to you so to prevent you from waiting, please come right at your appt time as to not wait. To ensure that Abbie customizes your treatment appropriately, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skin care, concerns and medical conditions.
Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. If the unfortunate circumstance occurs and a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify when possible.
Emergencies happen, but your reserved appointment time is exclusively for you. Please acknowledge & respect the cancellation policy, keeping in mind that “no-shows” or last minute cancellations leave empty treatment times & other clients, who could not get in, at an inconvenience…..Remember, your spa time is reserved especially for you.
Abbie kindly requests that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance for single services and 48 hours in advance for multiple treatments.
Cash, checks, Visa, Amex or MasterCard are accepted.
Gift Certificates may be purchased any time and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates can be used toward any services offered in the studio. Cannot be used toward products or redeemed for cash.
No Refunds will be given on Gift Certificates or Pre-Paid Appointments.
If you are not satisfied with a product, return the item within seven (7) days and a credit will be issued. No cash refunds.
* All makeup sales are final. These products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gratuities are never expected but graciously accepted for outstanding service. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from 15-20% gratuity.
